What is JedApp?

JedApp is a platform designed to simplify the process for students who want to study abroad. It allows you to create an account, submit necessary documents, track your application progress, receive news and updates, and even request flight bookings all in one place.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen of the app. An email will be sent to your registered email address with instructions on how to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

How do I update my profile information?

You can update your personal details and profile information within the 'Account' or 'Profile' section of the JedApp after you have logged in.

I'm having trouble uploading documents. What should I do?

First, please ensure you have a stable internet connection. Check that your document is in a supported format (e.g., PDF, JPG, PNG) and does not exceed the maximum file size limit. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team with details of the error you are receiving.

How does the flight booking request work?

The "Request a Flight Booking" feature in the app connects you with our verified travel team. JedApp itself does not sell flight tickets. When you submit a request, our travel partners will find the best options for you and contact you directly to finalize the booking.

The app is crashing or running slow. What can I do?

Please try the following steps:

  1. Ensure your device has a stable internet connection.
  2. Close the app completely and reopen it.
  3. Check if there is an update for JedApp available in the App Store or Google Play Store.
  4. Restart your device.
