1. Introduction

Welcome to JED App, owned and operated by Jokings International Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using JED App, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and User Agreement (“Agreement”). This document governs your use of the App, your rights as a user, and our responsibilities as a service provider.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use JED App.

2. Who Can Use JED App

JED App is intended for students aged 16 years and above.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are legally allowed to enter into this Agreement.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

  • You must create an account to access the App’s services.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • You agree not to share false information or upload fraudulent documents.
  • Any misuse of the App may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Services Provided

Through JED App, you can:

  • Apply to study abroad programs.
  • Upload and share required documents (passports, transcripts, certificates).
  • Track your applications and receive updates.
  • Request flight booking assistance.
  • Send feedback or chat with Jokings staff.
  • Receive notifications about your applications.

We provide a platform to facilitate applications but cannot guarantee university admission or travel bookings.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to:

  • Collection of personal details and application information.
  • Sharing your data and documents with universities you choose to apply to.
  • Use of third-party services such as Tawk.io (chat support) and Expo (push notifications).

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support@jedapp.co.uk.

6. User Rights

  • Access and update your account details.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Contact support for help with applications and services.
  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Our Rights

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Update or discontinue parts of the App at any time.
  • Modify these Terms with prior notice to users.

8. Intellectual Property

JED App, its content, and technology are the property of Jokings International Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the App without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jokings International Limited is not responsible for application outcomes, visa approvals, or university decisions.

We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of opportunity, arising from use of the App.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded documents are authentic and valid.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
